  • Online returns will be accepted within 15 days of your delivery date provided all items are received back in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price less all original and return shipping costs  and a 20% restocking fee which the customer shall remain responsible for. 

  • If the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or was damaged in shipping, Ohouse Interiors will provide a full refund to include all shipping costs.

  • For all returns, please contact us by email at admin@ohouseinteriors.com within 15 days of delivery to begin the return process.  You will then receive instructions from us on how to handle your return.

  • Please contact us, if for any reason you will be delayed in returning the item. We reserve the right to issue only credit after the 15 days or to refuse the return if you have not contacted us within the 15 day period.

  • All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

  • A customer may cancel an order at any time (except for special order items) before the item ships.  If an item is canceled before shipment the customer will receive a full refund of any monies paid. Unfortunately, after an item has been shipped cancellation of an order is no longer possible.

  • Please note that the above-stated policies DO NOT apply to in-store purchases or special order items.  Please contact our store location for information on our store-related policies.
